Returns Policy

Items purchased in the online shop

We understand that you might buy something online which doesn't fit or isn't suitable. You can return any item purchased on En pointe Dancewear within 14 days from the date of delivery. We've tried to make it as easy as possible. 

  1. Please ensure the merchandise you return is in its original condition, with tags and packaging included. This is really important as we will be unable to accept your return or issue a refund or exchange.

  2. Please pack the items in a suitable bag, preferably the one we sent you the items in. Y

  3. You can return to the shop if you live locally,

  4. Or you can post it back to us. You will need to pay for any postage incurred. The address to send returns to is:

We would ask all customers to allow 3 to 7 business days (depending on whether it's dance season or not, we can get very busy so please stick with us) for your return to be processed.


If your return does not meet the conditions listed, the package will be sent back to you. When your return has been accepted, your refund will be issued and you will receive a confirmation email. All items we post are quality checked before leaving the store.

Items purchased in store

We hope you love everything you buy from us in store. We would encourage all our customers to try on items before buying. However, of course we understand that sometimes things can go wrong. If you change your mind about an item, you can return new, unopened, unused items within 14 days with proof of purchase for a full refund or replacement.
